Nicole DeRoy is the Owner of Sacred Rebel Tattoo.

Nicole has been tattooing professionally for 5 years, but has been an artist her entire life. She is well rounded and proficient in many styles of tattooing, with her favorite being an illustrative take on American traditional tattooing, with bold designs, intentional details and bright color work. She also has a deep love and reverence for blackwork, Neo-traditional, ornamental, and fine line tattooing.

She offers the option to request a unique blend of energy work to enhance the tattoo experience beyond ink in skin, recognizing that every indelible mark is more than skin deep, but rather a transformation of spirit. Whether it's a classic tattoo, a Reiki Infused session, an intuitive tarot session, or a full ceremonial journey, you're guaranteed to leave with an unforgettable and empowering experience.

 

She was intuitively guided to relocate to Sedona in 2024, where the enhanced sacred energy of the land creates an uplifting and empowering experience for seekers of all walks of life. She is currently taking appointments in a private studio setting while establishing her new studio - Sacred Rebel Tattoo. Opening Soon.

Nicole grew up in Massachusetts and attended Rhode Island College where she studied biology, chemistry, mathematics and art. After leaving school she pursued a music career in Los Angeles, California. Upon returning to New England, a series of events led Nicole to begin her tattoo career. Along the way she realized the connection between the sacred art of tattoo and energy, became a Reiki Master and followed her calling to practice and read Tarot. It was only natural for her to begin to consider how she can combine all of these gifts and bring intentionality into her tattoo work.​

Nicole completed a professional tattoo apprenticeship. She stays up to date in all necessary certifications and Blood Borne Pathogens training for Body Art Practitioners.​ Cleanliness, Aseptic Technique, and client safety are her highest priority.
