HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

Sacred Rebel Tattoo is currently open BY APPOINTMENT with limited availability while Nicole recovers from a medical injury and undergoes rehabilitation.

During this period, walk-ins are temporarily on hold until further notice.

Appointment availability is intentionally reduced and prioritized for custom, intentional, and artistically aligned tattoo projects.

Consultations may be required for larger, custom, or multi-session projects.

Please note:
• Reserved appointments are prioritized for custom tattoo work.
• Small, simple, or souvenir-style tattoos may be redirected to future walk-in availability once walk-ins resume.
• Availability will remain limited during the soft reopening period and scheduling flexibility may be required.
• All appointments require a non-refundable reservation retainer.

The building is located on the corner of 89A and Willow Way, across from Whole Foods.

Turn onto Willow Way to access on-site parking.

DO YOU TAKE WALK-INS?

Walk-ins are temporarily on hold during Nicole’s medical leave and rehabilitation period.

If walk-ins resume, they will be accommodated on a limited first come, first served basis as availability allows.

Please note that Sacred Rebel Tattoo primarily prioritizes reserved appointments for custom and intentional tattoo work. Small, simple, or souvenir-style tattoo requests may eventually be accommodated through future walk-in availability only.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES LIKE?

Sacred Rebel Tattoo currently operates with a $200 minimum appointment rate due to limited scheduling capacity and the physical demands of tattooing during rehabilitation.

​

Most projects are quoted individually based on:
• size
• placement
• detail
• complexity
• session length
• and overall project scope

​

Hourly rates apply to all tattoo appointments at $200 per hour, with a 1 hour minimum.

Multiple sessions and flexibility may be required on a case by case basis.

All appointments require a non-refundable reservation retainer:
• $110 reservation retainer
• $100 tattoo credit applied toward the final balance for the original agreed upon project

WHAT ARE YOUR CERTIFICATIONS?

While the State of Arizona does not require licensing for Body Art Practitioners, Sacred Rebel Tattoo maintains professional training and current certifications in:
• Bloodborne Pathogens
• Aseptic Technique
• Health and Safety Standards

Training has been completed through professional tattoo apprenticeship and continuing education, including Bloodborne Pathogens certification through the American Red Cross.

Safety, cleanliness, professionalism, and client care remain top priorities within the studio.
